Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of applicable insurance industry experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate information to determine risk acceptability, price, and document decisions per guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and agents to drive new business opportunities.
• Make decisions based on evaluated information.
• Communicate and negotiate underwriting and pricing decisions clearly.
• Document decisions per unit practices and regulatory standards.
• Build strong working relationships with team members and staff.
• Respond with urgency to inquiries and requests.
• Provide unmatched customer service.
• Assist with reporting and project needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
