Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a Workflow Platform Developer for a Chicago-based, hybrid role. You will own development, configuration, and continuous improvement of an enterprise workflow platform, partnering with Investments, Investor Relations, Performance, and Operations to translate complex processes into automated workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on development with enterprise-grade workflow platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with BPM, rules engines, or process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain workflows, rules engines, and automation within the platform (Decisions or equivalent).
  • Develop custom integrations between the workflow platform and firm systems including SQL Server, Salesforce, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workflow platform inquiries, enhancements, and issue resolution across all business teams.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement improvements.
  • Enforce security, access control, and change management within the platform.
  • Participate in upgrade planning, testing cycles, and vendor coordination with the Decisions product team.
