Job summary
Erias Ventures seeks a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including analytics and real-time processing, driven by documented requirements. You will work solo or in teams, review and test components, and address software issues while supporting system design discussions.
Role requires a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and seven years of SWE experience. Partial telework is allowed, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as a baseline
Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) additional years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

- Works individually or as part of a team; reviews and tests software components for adherence to design requirements; documents test results.
