Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Engineer to be part of their Global Security and Risk Management team. The role focuses on addressing advanced security and technology challenges through design and implementation of security capabilities. Located in Downtown Los Angeles, the position can adapt to a flexible working schedule including both hybrid and in-office options.

The successful candidate will possess at least eight years of experience in IT security, a relevant bachelor's degree or certification, and skilled in analytics and problem-solving. Latham offers a competitive compensation package and a broad range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology, including information security.
• Ability to communicate technical security issues to non-technical staff.
• Experience in supporting mobile devices and hardening systems/applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle to address information security challenges.
• Perform secure design reviews, threat modeling, and control mapping.
• Mentor analysts and specialists to improve the security function.
