Job summary

You will connect application behavior with Kubernetes, logs, metrics, and customer impact, using observability tools and AI-assisted operations to drive reliable, scalable service for Tier-1 banks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting across production or customer-facing environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Ability to read and correlate logs, metrics, traces, and alerts.
• Strong Linux, networking, APIs, and distributed systems knowledge.
• At least one customer-facing technical role and direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues across app, infra, platform layers.
• Investigate logs, metrics, traces, and alerts to find root causes.
• Engage enterprise customers to understand and resolve issues.
• Use observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry.
• Support Kubernetes-based banking platform across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem.
