• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/related field or equivalent
• 5+ years in database engineering and design in OLTP/OLAP
• 5+ years ETL with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Python
• 5+ years BI/reporting with Power BI and SSRS
• Advanced SQL Server 2016+ experience
• Strong data warehousing, dimensional modeling, normalization
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Preferred: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, source control
