Job summary

Segra is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role in Knoxville, TN. The position requires 3 days in the office and up to 2 remote days per week, supporting a data strategy that enables analytics, AI, and BI across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in data architecture or related fields, 5+ years in data modernization, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and data platforms such as SQL, data lakes, lakehouses, and metadata

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes & lakehouses, data integration, data modeling, MDM, metadata mgmt, and data governance.
• Experience with SQL and modern data engineering technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
