Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. in Andover, MA is seeking an Associate IT Analyst to join the IT Enterprise Architecture team in a hybrid role.

You will partner with IT architects, technology teams, and business stakeholders to maintain architecture repositories, develop artifacts, and support governance. You will report to the Senior Principal Enterprise Architect and contribute to application inventories, data flows, roadmaps, and technology guidance documentation while staying aligned with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, engineering, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of enterprise technology concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze technical and business information.
• Experience with governance, architecture artifacts, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with owners and stakeholders to collect and organize architecture information.
• Support administration and quality of architecture repositories including LeanIX.
• Analyze application portfolio for standardization and modernization.
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and business capability maps.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for architecture reviews.
• Assist in developing architecture standards and technology guidance.
• Research emerging technologies and summarize findings and impacts.
