Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an Engineering Design Schedule Performance Advisor in Pomona, CA. In this role you will leverage Primavera P6 to support schedule performance, inform priorities, and create metrics that help the Engineering Design team meet key targets.

You will collect and analyze data, design dashboards, translate strategic objectives into initiatives, and work with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience analyzing performance data and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Intermediate Primavera P6 experience for reports and schedules.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas and pivot tables.
• Certifications in Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and benchmarks aligned with strategic goals.
• Collect and interpret data from diverse sources and visualize trends.
• Design and distribute dashboards presenting key metrics.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and projects.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting performance.
• Communicate results to executives and stakeholders.
• Evolve performance management methodologies with industry best practices.
• Explain how organizational changes affect performance metrics.
• Protect sensitive data and ensure governance.
