ADF Engineering is seeking a Project & Accounts Manager in Omaha, NE to lead engineering projects and manage key client accounts. The role blends project execution with business development to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, nurture client relationships, and pursue additional services to grow revenue. Hybrid work is available, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience managing engineering/capital projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, scope, resources, and financial performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from proposal handoff to closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partners for project execution.
• Monitor project performance, financial metrics, resource utilization, and profitability.
• Conduct regular internal project reviews to identify risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Facilitate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams for alignment.
• Negotiate project scope, schedules, budgets, and contract modifications with clients.
• Foster client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare proposals, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Track and report project status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
• Support growth through networking and industry events.
