University of Alabama at Birmingham seeks a Manager-Clinical Research Dietetics to oversee advanced nutrition research operations within the General Internal Med & Population Science department. You will design and supervise clinical studies, mentor CRDs and staff, and support grant development and publications.

The role requires a Master’s or equivalent, licensing as a Dietitian, and strong leadership. This hybrid role involves collaboration with community partners and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in nutrition-related field with required licensure.
• Eight years of related experience required (education cannot be substituted).
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or CCRP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise all dietitians and intervention staff.
• Oversee development of intervention materials, protocols, and timelines.
• Direct participant-facing activities (recruitment, orientation).
• Coordinate with project partners to ensure timely study completion.
• Ensure reporting to funding agencies and IRB.
