Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Findlay, Ohio is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to lead electrical and control systems projects across pipelines, terminals and marine operations. You’ll oversee scope, design, equipment selection, bidding, construction oversight and safety compliance.

A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required, travel up to 25–35% and a hybrid work schedule. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; a TWIC may be needed and relocation assistance is

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a four-year accredited college or university.
• Travel to field locations or fabrication sites will be required; therefore, a valid driver's license is required.
• Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication.
• Work experience: candidates with all levels of industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects of varying magnitude and complexity through phases of MPMP from Concept to Start-up/Close-out.
• Collaborate with departments, technicians and vendors to plan, design and obtain permits.
• Monitor project performance to meet quality, cost and time parameters safely.
• Coordinate with Project Controls on scheduling, estimating, cost and schedule management.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to develop contracting plans and evaluate bids.
• Keep accurate and current project documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop knowledge of applicable engineering standards and regulatory requirements; obtain a TWIC if needed.
