Qualifications

• 3A Level requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Program and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.
• 3B Level requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field and 7 years of professional experience.
• For current employees, evidence of solid results for at least 2 years and ability to mentor juniors is expected in both levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability regarding short-term and long-term programs that impact site operations and reliability.
• Implement Procurement Engineering processes and programs that comply with engineering design and technical specification requirements for Nuclear Power Plants.
• Perform engineering and technical tasks as assigned by supervision applying general engineering principles.
• Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures and codes.
• Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of regulatory/technical projects and programs.
