Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami, FL is seeking a hybrid Clinical Informatics Trainer to provide workflow-based training for providers and clinical staff. You will develop and update CBT modules, coach on EHR usage, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across sites.

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience is required; CAHIMS is preferred and Cerner/Epic experience is a plus. Travel to multiple sites will be needed as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience.
• CAHIMS certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide workflow-based training and adoption support for providers and clinical staff.
• Develop, maintain, and update CBT modules across platforms.
• Travel to BHSF sites for rounding and assessments; conduct EHR coaching.
