Publicis Commerce is seeking a Manager, Ecommerce to drive shopper marketing initiatives with a data-driven approach. The role focuses on non-sales responsibilities and requires 5-7 years of ecommerce marketing experience, including Amazon or Instacart.

The position supports hybrid work near New York or Chicago, with collaboration across strategic planning, media, client leadership, and creative teams. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience with retail media

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in marketing in ecommerce, specifically Amazon or Instacart.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience working with retail media networks and media vendors.
• Strategic thinking in developing Shopper Marketing programs and day-to-day management.
• Sound decision making based on industry knowledge.
• Passion for business and growth of assigned client/business.
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to dig in and do what's needed to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, concepts and tactics.
• Understand media capabilities from Search to Display.
• Manage implementation of key client projects.
• Build relationships with retailer client contacts.
• Oversee execution of approved programs through team.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies to execute projects.
• Develop timelines and budgets and report status to clients.
