Job summary

The Metropolitan Council in Minnesota seeks an Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) Manager to lead the EAMS Technical Team and steer the strategy, implementation, administration, and modernization of the Octave EAMS platform. This senior role requires a solid IT or related degree with extensive EAMS experience and at least three years of management, with a hybrid telework option available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least seven (7) years of experience, including three (3) years of management experience.
• Associate degree and at least nine (9) years of experience, including three (3) years of management experience.
• High school diploma/GED and at least eleven (11) years of experience, including three (3) years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EAMS Technical Team.
• Oversee the strategy, implementation, administration, support, optimization, and modernization of the EAMS environment on the Octave EAMS platform.
• Collaborate with Council divisions to align asset management with regional priorities.
