Job summary

IMH Products is seeking a Driver/Shipping Associate to support transportation and shipping duties within and outside the facility. The role emphasizes safe vehicle operation, accurate record-keeping, and coordination with multiple departments.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and commitment to vehicle maintenance and safety standards. It is a non-exempt role with responsibilities split between driving and shipping tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Valid Chauffeur’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to record and maintain accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain vehicles to transport materials within the facility.
• Load and unload materials using proper handling equipment and techniques.
• Deliver products to customers and other designated locations per schedules and routes.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, delivery schedules, and related paperwork.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to coordinate transportation needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Safely and securely package products for shipment and perform quality checks on outgoing shipments.
• Maintain shipping records and update stock levels in the inventory system.
