Zusammenfassung

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Dosimetrist for the Brian Moran Cancer Institute (Lisle/Schaumburg). You will develop radiation plans, verify calculations, and ensure accurate dosing while maintaining patient privacy and safety.

The role requires collaboration with radiation oncologists and care teams in a hybrid schedule. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, medical dosimetry training, and Eclipse/IMRT planning experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Math, or Physics is preferred.
• Must be a graduate of a Medical Dosimetry school or a certified radiation therapist with 2+ years on the job training as a Medical Dosimetrist.
• Board certification preferred; MDCB certification within 3 years if not certified.
• Eclipse and IMRT planning experience are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop computer generated radiation dose distribution plans and calculate monitor units as prescribed.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and checks on equipment and documentation.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient privacy and accurate EMR/ARIA documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team to ensure safe, effective treatment planning.
• Complete tasks promptly, adapt to changes in patient volume and priorities.
