Qualifications

• J.D. required and active California license.

• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze case facts and assist in developing litigation and discovery strategies.
• Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery including interrogatories and subpoenas.
• Assist in preparing for depositions and other discovery-related proceedings.
• Prepare discovery memoranda and meet-and-confer communications.
• Review pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
• Develop strategies to resolve cases cost-effectively for clients.
