Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in CMC or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in drug development.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Development Commercialization Team (DCT) end-to-end, guiding development and commercialization strategy.
• Represent CMC and communicate with governance bodies, stakeholders, and teams to drive outcomes.
• Oversee on-time execution of DCT deliverables, tech transfer, filing and approval, and robust supply chain for launch.
