You will drive standardization, implement best practices, and partner with IT to advance automation while maintaining strong internal controls.

The role requires a strong financial and analytical background, eight years in finance or shared services, and leadership experience in a healthcare or multi-entity setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• Eight years in finance/accounting/shared services with leadership exp.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and improving processes.
• Healthcare or multi-entity environment experience preferred.
• ERP implementation/optimization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to align shared services with goals.
• Standardize workflows and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance management.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits.
