Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Director of Finance Operations in Cincinnati, OH. This role partners with operational leadership to align financial strategy with day-to-day execution, driving performance analysis, forecasting, pricing support and operational decision making.

You will lead a team of Financial Business Partners, delivering actionable insights to boost revenue, profitability and efficiency while guiding budgeting, long-range planning and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operational finance, FP&A or business finance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance professionals.
• Experience with ERP, CRM and reporting technologies.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to operational leadership teams.
• Lead development of financial insights and recommendations for performance and profitability.
• Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly operational performance reporting.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning with business leaders.
• Provide analysis on productivity, margins, profitability and efficiency.
• Lead pricing strategy support and large-scale deal modeling activities.
• Develop pricing scorecards and trend reporting for strategic decisions.
• Build business cases for investments and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Financial Business Partners.
• Establish SOPs, training materials and financial education programs.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and process standardization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
