Swoon is seeking a Digital Web Producer/Project Manager (non-IT) for a long-term contract in Downtown Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on strategic program and project management across marketing and digital initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver website and app projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital marketing, experience with multi-market campaigns, and strong knowledge of development processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience managing projects localized for multiple markets
• Strong knowledge of website development processes and ability to produce project plans, content matrices, and project specs
• Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative marketing and entertainment concepts
• Ability to handle multiple projects, milestones, and workstreams
• Experience managing creative and/or development agency vendors/partners
• Familiar with common project management and accountability frameworks

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central hub for marketing/creative website/app creation and updates, coordinating with vendors and internal teams
• Manage and produce website and app related projects, ensuring proper coverage and communication
• Lead development of strategies and manage project schedules, identifying risks and communicating to stakeholders
• Act as a strategic partner contributing to creative and strategic development
