Job summary

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with specific projects within the assigned business unit.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and prepare reports for management.
• Develop analytical, project management, and presentation skills through involvement in strategic projects.
• Receive training and perform duties to learn division functions and policies.
• Observe experienced personnel to learn methods and standards.
• Participate in roundtable feedback discussions and suggest improvements.
