Job summary

TLM Reporting in Jacksonville, FL is hiring in-person testimony capture technicians (digital court reporters and legal videographers). Training and equipment are provided; the role offers a 50/50 mix of remote and onsite work, requiring reliable transportation and a quiet home workspace.

You will arrive at locations, set up and operate audio/video gear, record proceedings, upload media and worksheets, and provide technical support to clients.

Qualifications

• Availability: at least 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
• Reliable transportation to travel to locations daily; mileage reimbursed.
• Quiet home workspace to conduct business without interruptions.
• Basic IT or A/V experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive punctually at various job locations.
• Set up and break down audio/video equipment.
• Record high-quality audio and video during legal proceedings.
• Upload media files and worksheets promptly.
• Provide technical assistance to clients.
