This role averages 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours and a hybrid work arrangement at the PAM office, 100 Witherspoon St. The position involves creating newsletters, managing digital content, and designing materials for events and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related work.
• Strong written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred. Candidates with strong graphic design skills and a willingness to learn InDesign through training and professional development are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute newsletters, email communications, and promotional materials.
• Manage communications through MemberClicks and other digital platforms.
• Maintain PAM's visual identity and style standards.
• Design digital and print materials for events, programs, resources, and organizational initiatives.
• Assist with annual publications and marketing materials.
