Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist to lead asset information management across design, construction, commissioning and turnover, ensuring data integrity for CMMS/IWMS/EAM platforms.

You will develop AIM, AIR, and OIR, drive COBie data collection, and coordinate with BIM teams,FM owners, and contractors to deliver reliable operation data and facilitate predictive maintenance and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset information management, BIM for FM, or digital delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of COBie and structured asset data deliverables.
• Experience developing and auditing asset information models (AIM).
• Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and asset lifecycle management principles.
• Working knowledge of BIM, Revit, and model-based asset information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop Asset Information Models (AIM) supporting facility operations and maintenance.
• Define Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and Operational Information Requirements (OIR).
• Establish asset data standards, governance procedures, and quality assurance processes.
• Validate asset data throughout design, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and commissioning agents to collect required asset information.
