Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time Clinical Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in senior living communities, with a hybrid on-site and remote service model.

You will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, create individualized care plans, educate residents and staff, and support quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with the food service team to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with licensure in the state of practice as applicable.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
