Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: Guide patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research with diet manual and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives for clinical excellence.
• Collaboration: Work with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns where applicable.
