Job summary

Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in York, PA is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a temporary assignment. You will assess resident dietary needs, develop nutrition plans, and collaborate with the care team to support high-quality nutrition care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of nutrition plans for residents, including assessing food preferences, dietary needs, and allergies.
• Conduct audits and assessments of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure dietary needs are met and that resident care plans are nutritionally sound.
• Educate residents, family members, and staff on dietary needs, food safety, and nutrition-related topics.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident nutrition data and food service operations.
