Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC seeks a full-time radiologist in Georgia to join an established team of two board-certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist. The role offers a hybrid/on-site arrangement with light IR, and a schedule of 14 shifts per month (7 on-site and 7 from home) from 8am–5pm.

The ideal candidate is a general radiologist comfortable with light IR procedures and willing to precept medical students and residents. Nights/weekends are currently covered by teleradiology.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of radiology residency or fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (must obtain board certification within 5 years).
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Read radiology studies with 80–120 reads per weekday shift (~1,200 RVU’s per month).
• Perform light interventional radiology procedures as needed.
• Precept medical students and residents.
• Maintain a guaranteed schedule of 14 shifts per month (7 on-site, 7 from home) from 8am to 5pm.
