Family Dental Health is seeking an outgoing, team-oriented individual to serve in a hybrid role as Dental Assistant and Business Associate. This position supports doctor schedules, assists in procedures, and helps manage patient flow.

The role also involves front desk responsibilities, patient communication, and inventory management. CDA certification and X-ray/Nitrous licenses (or ability to obtain) are required, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program with current CDA certification.
• Combination of education and on-the-job training to demonstrate chairside skills.
• CPR and nitrous certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Must be x-ray certified and able to educate patients about dental health.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctor’s schedule and patient flow.
• Assist the doctors with all dental procedures.
• Coordinate with the team to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Document patient treatments and payment transactions; log relevant data in charts.
• Maintain inventory by ordering clinical supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Promote and market the company’s services to patients and educate them accordingly.
