Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the forecast for industrial motor product lines across regions and channels. This role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to translate market input into an actionable demand plan in a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will drive forecast accuracy, support supply continuity, and balance service levels with inventory and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in demand planning or S&OP.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors including motors or automation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience; ability to work with planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts across regions and channels.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align demand with business objectives and supply constraints.
• Support monthly S&OP/ SIOP process and prepare executive updates.
• Monitor inventory, service levels, and capacity risks; propose mitigation actions.
