Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Delivery Stream Engineer to verify quality and technical requirements across bids, design, manufacturing and delivery. You will also evaluate suppliers and report on opportunities related to Westinghouse APx Supply Chain.
You will report to the Delivery Stream Manager in a mobile/hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA with local candidates only.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial).
- 0+ years' experience.
- Knowledge of programming software helpful.
- Willingness to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development.
- US Citizen and able to meet export controls requirements.
Responsibilities
- Guide/supplier identification and down selection.
- Support supplier audits and technical evaluations.
- Lead NDA/PIA negotiations.
- Create manufacturing and process plan estimates for design option selection or cost/schedule validation.
- Implement supplier QA witness and hold points.
- Lead kickoff meetings with suppliers and coordinate with Westinghouse Project Support Team.
- Provide periodic project schedule and customer status updates.
- Ensure supplier PO scope including fabrication, testing and documentation.
