Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Delivery Manager to lead daily operations and strategic delivery for designated client accounts within Global Business Services. You will mentor consultants, ensure delivery excellence, and drive productivity while maintaining engagement.

This hybrid Raleigh, NC role requires coordinating with account teams, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives to scale services for large enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in client services, staffing/MSP, HR, or recruitment.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Deep understanding of the contingent labor lifecycle and VMS.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and employment compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and strategic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team of Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Oversee delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day operations and capacity planning.
• Ensure HR management and policy compliance.
• Collaborate on program strategy, forecasts, and QBRs.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
