Masis Professional Group in Cherry Hill, NJ, is recruiting Litigation Associate Attorneys for a defense litigation firm. The role supports attorneys across experience levels, with compensation commensurate with experience and a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

You will handle litigation from inception through trial, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and engage in case strategy. Insurance defense experience is valued, but strong litigators from related backgrounds are

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar, or pending admission after sitting for the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy.
• Appear in court for conferences, oral arguments, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Manage deadlines and priorities across an active caseload.
• Communicate directly with clients and assume substantive case responsibilities.
