Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Standard Deal Partner Specialist I in a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, working 2 days per week at the office. You will serve as the escalation point for Q2I processes, resolving complex tickets and assisting the Premium Deal Partner team to keep revenue flow smooth.

Responsibilities include structuring deals, clearing order blockers, and ensuring compliant revenue recognition while collaborating with Sales, SEs, CSMs, Finance, and Deal Partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex, non-standard support tickets and Q2I system errors escalated by the L1 team.
• Structure, facilitate, and approve smaller deals during peak periods to ensure revenue recognition.
• Clear roadblocks in order booking, quoting, Deal Desk, and Order Management workflows for seamless execution.
• Apply Q2I policies to daily workflows for high-quality delivery and fewer repeated errors.
• Partner with Sales, SEs, CSMs, Finance, and Premium Deal Partners to drive deals across the finish line.
• Own requests from initiation through resolution and maintain customer service standards.
• Build stable, collaborative relationships across internal departments and with occasional external customers.
