Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; related experience may offset degree requirements.
• Eight years of experience in business modeling/consulting, financial analysis, predictive modeling, and analytics problem-solving.
• Two years in management, project management, or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and promote advanced analytics capabilities to extract insights for decision-making.
• Hire, coach, and manage performance; plan strategically; stay current with data science developments.
• Lead a team of data scientists to mine data for meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for the Data Science discipline with IT/business leadership.
