A dynamic eCommerce company is seeking a Manager, Data Science & Business Intelligence to build out analytical capabilities. You will work closely with senior leadership and own the dashboarding within the Tableau ecosystem. Ideal candidates should have expertise in SQL, Tableau, and a strong grasp of statistical analysis techniques. Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in analytical roles, with a focus on quantitative analysis and dashboards.
• Expert-level fluency in both SQL and Tableau.
• Statistical and data scientific experience across a strong breadth of models.

Responsibilities

• Build, support, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Design and construct predictive models and analytic decision-making pipelines.
• Conduct A/B testing and causal inference models.
• Ensure associates are trained on tools and dashboards.
