Job summary

The Department of Criminal Justice (DOCJ) seeks a Program Manager (Data & Research) to lead data-driven initiatives across state and local justice systems. You will coordinate data collection projects, develop dashboards, and manage data-sharing agreements with various agencies in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in data science, statistics, or related field with at least 2 years full-time relevant experience.
Experience with BI tools and data dashboards.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Act as a project manager on several inter-related data collection projects.
Plan and manage data and information technology projects; write project plans and findings.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and interactive reports.
Manage data sharing agreements/MOUs with various agencies.
Assist research staff by building procedures for integrative analyses and tracking across data sources.
