Qualifications

• 5-7 years of analytics, data engineering, data quality, or data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data quality frameworks across the enterprise data estate.
• Make data trust visible through dashboards, scorecards, and self-service views.
• Translate analytics use cases into data quality requirements for upstream design.
• Configure and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and golden records for key entities.
• Deploy data quality platforms with rule enforcement, lineage tracking, and remediation workflows.
• Extend data quality to data protection with profiling, masking, and access controls.
• Develop SQL- and Python-based data quality rules and reconciliation logic.
• Build data quality pipelines in Snowflake and AWS environments.
• Prototype and productionize agentic AI workflows using AWS Bedrock and MCP connections.
• Define and track data quality KPIs and SLAs; report health to stakeholders.
• Lead data quality triage and remediation with upstream owners.
• Collaborate to establish enterprise data standards, taxonomies, and ontologies.
• Support CI/CD for rule deployment and documentation.
• Contribute to data quality and governance policy documentation.
• Champion data trust through training and enablement.
