Job summary

Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, is seeking a Data Onboarding Analyst to lead client data onboarding initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll coordinate with Data Management, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure data is acquired, validated, and integrated on time.

Ideal candidates have demonstrated project leadership, strong communication skills, and experience with healthcare analytics and SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading client-facing data onboarding projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare data is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Hybrid project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for assigned clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project plans.
• Manage risks and change control; keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure inbound data files meet timelines and quality.
• Create project paperwork: agendas, plans, and status reports.
• Serve as main point of contact for high-profile clients.
• Identify process improvements and streamline workflows.
• Monitor milestones and report status to leadership.
