Job summary

Arcticom, LLC is seeking a DMS MRO Data Engineer to develop and optimize ETL pipelines in a hybrid Dayton, OH environment. You will build scalable data models, leverage Databricks, Spark, and Python for data cleansing, and enable cross-system data exchanges via APIs.

The role requires strong SQL and Spark skills, plus experience with AWS S3 and SharePoint; DoD or government-space knowledge is preferred. Collaboration with SMEs and DoD stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (US accreditation) required.
• Python, SQL, Spark, AWS, S3, Databricks experience preferred; DoD/DoD-friendly domains valued.
• Experience with SharePoint development and Jira for project tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ETL data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Develop scalable data models using Spark DataFrames and Spark SQL.
• Use Python for data cleansing, text parsing, and pattern matching.
• Integrate data via APIs and manage AWS S3 data stores.
