Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines feeding a Data Lake. You will work with analysts and data scientists to ensure high-quality data and robust governance across sources like Kafka, MQ, SFTP, and databases.

The role requires 3+ years in data-focused roles, strong SQL/PLSQL, Python, Linux/bash, and experience with Hadoop/Spark ecosystems. Hybrid Warsaw-based work with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst or Data Quality Analyst in a data-driven org.
• Proven data quality management and governance experience.
• Strong SQL with PL/SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Linux and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of ETL and real-time data processing.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining data collection processes into the Data Lake.
• Designing and optimizing data pipelines for reliable data flow.
• Developing frameworks to accelerate pipeline construction.
• Collaborating with analysts and data scientists to ensure data quality.
• Ensuring robust data management, security, and compliance.
• Researching new technologies to improve pipeline performance.
• Integrating data from Kafka, MQ, SFTP, databases, APIs, and file shares.
