Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Data Engineer experience.
• External client-facing experience.
• Strong experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS).
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, building trust throughout engagement.
• Understand clients' data requirements, workflows, and challenges to translate needs into practical technical solutions.
• Explain complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data storage solutions.
• Design, build and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines to migrate and synchronize data.
• Ensure data quality and governance through monitoring and validation.
• Collaborate with data integration, analytics, and software teams.
• Ensure data solutions comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize performance of data systems for efficiency and scalability.
