Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Digital Delivery Project Lead for Data Center BIM and Revit coordination across the United States. You will drive BEP development, lead model coordination, and ensure adherence to BIM standards and LOD milestones.

The role requires guiding teams, coordinating across disciplines, and delivering digital project solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit expertise, experience with ACC/Navisworks, and a passion for data-driven project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Digital Delivery role.
• Technical or bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for Data Center projects
• Serve as the project's primary technical resource for Revit, BIM workflows, and Digital Delivery best practices
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, modeling procedures, quality requirements, and project-specific workflows
• Ensure compliance with client BIM standards, Digital Delivery requirements, and Level of Development (LOD) milestones
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams regarding Revit, ACC, and model management best practices
• Support project teams in resolving complex BIM and Revit-related challenges
• Manage multidisciplinary Revit models throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor model health, performance, worksharing environments, and model quality metrics
• Oversee model setup, file structure, collaboration workflows, linked model management, and content standards
• Facilitate model exchanges and coordination between internal disciplines, external consultants, contractors, and clients
• Lead clash detection, constructability reviews, and model coordination efforts using Navisworks
• Conduct regular model audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project standards
• Track and validate model progression against required LOD and project deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute digital delivery strategies
• Coordinate project workflows utilizing Forma, Revit, Navisworks
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
• Capture, analyze, and communicate project data to drive decisions
• Support implementation of emerging technologies and digital workflows
• Identify opportunities to streamline production through visualization and automation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding BIM and project technology solutions
• Participate in client meetings to review BIM execution and coordination
• Communicate BIM requirements and deliverables with stakeholders
• Build relationships with project teams and client representatives
• Perform occasional Client Site Visits for trainings and standards alignment
