Job summary

ClearPlan, headquartered in Westborough, MA, is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models for internal and client-facing analytics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems.
• Foundational familiarity with Excel, SQL, databases, data visualization, or related areas.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and data solutions.
• Assist with configuration, documentation, and maintenance of data pipelines and Fabric components.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate questions into analytics solutions.
• Support design and delivery of customer-facing Power BI, data analysis, and Power Platform solutions.
• Build and maintain data transformations, models, calculations, and reports under senior guidance.
• Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Create user guides, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
