Candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in P&C insurance, with expertise in Azure and Power BI. The role offers a hybrid work model and a salary range of $170K to $180K plus benefits including pension and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Data and Analytics Architecture.
• P&C Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and architect solutions based on non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Balance rapid delivery of business solutions with sound technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to implement data and analytics solutions.
• Mentorship and guidance to Junior Architects and Developers.
