Job summary

vTech Solution in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Data Analyst for a 11-month contract to deliver technical analysis, automation, and fulfillment of complex data requests. Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL and Python is required to manage data workflows across Cloud environments.

The analyst will write and optimize scripts to automate recurring tasks, audit and improve existing code, and ensure data integrity within Snowflake and AWS as part of Project Nexus modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Snowflake SQL and Python for data workflows.
• Ability to audit and optimize existing Python/SQL code.
• Experience with data profiling and validation.
• Experience automating ticket resolutions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Snowflake SQL Development: Write, debug, and optimize SQL scripts within Snowflake to fulfill ad-hoc data requests.
• Codebase Auditing: Review Python/SQL code to troubleshoot errors and suggest improvements.
• Support Automation: Develop Python-based scripts to automate recurring data tasks.
• Cloud Data Operations: Profile and validate data in Snowflake and AWS for data integrity.
• Request Fulfillment: Serve as technical contact translating business requirements into deliverables.
