Qualifications

• Experience with and understanding of global energy units.
• Maintaining data accuracy across units.
• Understanding data use with various energy use - Electricity, Oil, Water, Waste.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using existing BI and reporting tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis of structured and unstructured data relating to global real estate markets and assets.
• Assist with developing data structures and pipelines to collect, cleanse, and standardize information.
• Define basic data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use programming and evaluation tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Apply modeling and optimization methods to improve business performance.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting based on existing data sources.
• Present a detailed 'data story' to business lines.
